Amphora Monastrell 2023
Our Monastrell fruit is handpicked at optimal ripeness and then crushed into Amphora clay pots. Wild ferment is encouraged and once ferment is dry we press off into used large format French oak. After 12 months of maturation the wine is bottled. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 10 years.

TASTING NOTES:
Colour: Plum red
Aromas: Earthy, forest floor and peaty. Vibrant, lifted fruit with base notes of rhubarb, chocolate and raspberry pie.
Palate: Lovely, vibrant and lifted. Some broodiness with black cherry, cardamon and black pepper. Tannins are fine and dusty which lead to a delightful, earthy finish.
