This is your special shopping section that allows you to use a unique discount code outside of the scheduled deliveries. We update and change available wines for each scheduled delivery and we will send out an email a few weeks before the delivery to prompt you to create your order. FAQs

Why was there a fee of $1.00 AUD upon signup?

The fee of $1.00 AUD is taken to verify your credit card. Your card will not be charged again until we are sending out your order. We will notify you before delivery that we will be charging your card for the amount of your order and you will receive an invoice via the email attached to your account.

How do I update my personal information?

If you need to update your billing details, address or contact information, click below on the “your account” button to access and update your information.

How do I know when I will be charged and how much my box will cost?

As each delivery will most likely include different wines, we can’t tell you how much you will be charged until the choices have been locked in. You can always access your past invoices via the “your account” button in the bottom corner of the page. You will also receive an email from us prior to dispatching your wine notifying you of your total and that we will be taking the payment from your account.

How frequently will I receive wine?

We send your orders twice a year, seasonally. You can expect your delivery in March and in September. Of course we won’t stop you from purchasing more wine between these times ;) just complete your order online and be sure to shop through the members only “unlocked” wine list.

*If you subscribe after the last day of the delivery month, you can expect your first delivery to start the following delivery cycle.

Do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $250

What if I have changed my mind on my order?

No worries! Just make sure you let us know the changes via email before we are set to send your wine and we can amend.

What if I forget to choose my wines?

Our wine maker will design a box each delivery that will be sent unless you’ve specified your order. We will send out an email each delivery reminding you to send us your order and we will include in that email what the “winemakers choice” box is for that delivery. If you are happy with that box, you don’t need to do anything but sit back and wait for the delivery!

How do I cancel or upgrade my subscription?

You can cancel your membership anytime after the first two deliveries. As per the terms and conditions, you are agreeing to purchase minimum one year of membership. After that, you can cancel by emailing us here. You can upgrade your membership anytime via your account as well and it will show in our system what plan you are on. When you select your wines make sure you select the number of bottles for your membership and we will charge you accordingly.

If I am going away can I put my subscription on hold or receive a delivery at a different time?

Yes, just send us an email with the details of when you would prefer your delivery and we can work around you!

Can I gift a year membership to a friend as a one off?

YES! And if you did, you would be the best friend ever! This is a great gift idea and works easiest if you contact us directly below so we can find out what wines your friend enjoys and go through payment directly with you!
