Finding Inner Balance – An Evening of Yoga and Meditation, Friday 16th Nov 5.30pm – 7.30pm

As the sun goes down, come on a 2 hour journey inwards using dynamic ‘yang’ yoga practice before moving into the stillness of ‘yin’ yoga and meditation practice to find inner balance of body and mind. Booking essential as places limited. Yoga experience required.
