The 2025 Halliday Wine Companion has awarded Green Door Winery with the 5 star Rating!

We are so lucky to get to share our passion and wine with everyone who visits us and proud to provide a relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you to our wonderful staff, in the cellar door and behind the scenes for the hard work and continued dedication to producing such amazing wines!

We are also thrilled to announce that our 2022 Amphora Monastrell and 2022 Amphora Fiano both received a gold rating with 95/100. Check out some of the comments below:

2022 Amphora Monastrell

This is not deep or particularly intense, but it still manages to feel commanding. We are in excellent territory here. It's meaty, floral and red berried, but it's the wine's firmness, balance and persistence that really elevate it. This is a wine to seek out. 2022 Amphora Fiano

This is a beautiful white wine. It's textural, powerful and persistent. It tastes of pear drops and citrus, honeysuckle and herbs, and while these flavours are delicious, it's the presence on the palate that really woos; this is a wine where the mouthfeel gets real, so to speak.
